Return and Exchange Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging.
• Return is only accepted if a product is damaged upon arrival.
• Return is not accepted in case color mismatch and size difference.
• We video record the package process for every order to make sure the product reaches customer in good shape. If you receive a defective product please contact us within 48hours of delivery for a return label. Please include photo of damage.
• Once we receive the product we will process full refund including the shipping charges.
